اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِي بَدَنِي اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِي سَمْعِي اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي لَا إِلهَ الَّا انْتَ
اے اللہ ! میرے بدن کو درست رکھیے ، اے اللہ ! میرے کان عافیت سے رکھیے اے اللہ ! میری آنکھیں عافیت سے رکھیے ، آپ کے سوا کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں

رسول اللہ صلی یا تم روزانہ صبح و شام اس دعا کو تین تین مرتبہ پڑھا کرتے تھے۔
